The whole top floor, just for you
70 m² under the roof, a sea-view balcony and everything you need for relaxed days on the Adriatic.
Two bedrooms — one with a double bed, one with a double and a single — plus a sofa bed in the living room: space for up to five guests, ideal for families. The kitchenette with dining table comes with a coffee machine and kettle, and morning coffee tastes best on the balcony overlooking the bay.
The apartment sits on the top floor with the cosy sloped ceilings typical of an attic — very tall guests should mind their head in the second bedroom, while the air conditioning keeps everything pleasantly cool in summer. The pebble beach is a few minutes' walk downhill, a supermarket is just around the corner, and your free parking spot is right at the house.

The Mastrinka pebble beach is only about a 3-minute walk away — perfect for a morning swim. More beaches on Čiovo are an easy drive away.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Absolutely — children are very welcome. We cannot provide cots or extra beds, but besides the two bedrooms there is a sofa bed in the living room.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.
What are the house rules?
The apartment is non-smoking, parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am — the neighbours will thank you.
